Shipping Policy
Each RAVEN.MOOR piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. We offer free shipping nationwide within New Zealand.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 2-4 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our pottery, slight variations in size, glaze, and form are to be expected and celebrated. These are not considered flaws, but rather the unique fingerprint of the maker.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
